Where and when is the Accueil Plus service available?

I arrived at the Jean-Lesage International Airport in Québec. Are the reception services also available there?

Who can register?
I am enrolled in a study program for 6 months or less and I do not hold a Québec Acceptance Certificate (CAQ) or a study permit number (F number). Can I register for the service?
- Students enrolled in a study program for 6 months or less are not required to have a CAQ or to provide the study permit number (F number) in order to register to the Accueil Plus program.

How to register?
I cannot access the Accueil Plus service form. How can I access it?

I have not yet received my CAQ, can I register for the Accueil Plus service?
No. To be able to register for the Accueil Plus services, you must have your CAQ and your F number (written on the document sent to you by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada). We strongly advise that you register for the service as soon as you have your CAQ and your Canadian study permit number (F number).
I have not yet received the letter from the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office with the study permit number (F number). Can I register for the Accueil Plus services?
No. To be able to register for the Accueil Plus services, you must have the letter from the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada office (on which you will find the F number). We strongly advise that you sign up for the services as soon as you have your letter.
The form does not accept the CAQ number that I submited. What can I do?
The study permit number can be found on your letter of acceptance issued by the visa office of the Canadian Embassy. Please verify that you have entered the correct number.
I have already registered for the Accueil Plus service but I have changed my flight schedule (date, time, company). What can I do?
If you have changed your flight plan, you must register AGAIN for the Accueil Plus services. The system will retain the most recent registration and will send you a new confirmation email for the latest registration.
I received an email informing me that my flight data is incorrect. What should I do?
If you have received this email, please review your flight information and register AGAIN for the Welcome Plus services. Verify that you have entered the information regarding your arrival at the Montreal-Trudeau International Airport. If you do not register again, you will not be able to benefit from the advantages related to the services offered. However, this will not affect your migratory process, which will take place according to the usual procedures.
I cannot register for the Accueil Plus service.
Please review your information and try to register AGAIN to the Accueil Plus program. If you do not register for the Accueil Plus services, you will not be able to take advantage of any of the benefits associated to this program. Where is the reception booth located?
The reception booth will be located in the restricted area (Immigration Québec office). It will be open between 12 PM to 10 PM from December 28, 2023 and January 12 2024.
Is a personalized transportation service offered to international students?
No. Each student is responsible for their transportation from the airport to their accommodation or to their educational institution. You can board the 747 bus “Aéroport-P-E-Trudeau / Center-ville“, which connects the Montréal-Trudeau International Airport and downtown Montréal, or take a taxi.
What services are offered in the reception booth at the Montréal-Trudeau Airport?

How do I get a Social Insurance Number directly at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport?
It's easy to get a Social Insurance Number as soon as you arrive at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport through the presence of Service Canada in the premises of the Ministère de l'Immigration du Québec (MIFI), located in the secure area before the exit to the arrivals area. Opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 12:00 to 16:30, or depending on traffic.
